How to use

Electron Flow Theater

Read the field. Blue regions are electron-rich (δ−); red regions are electron-poor (δ+). Electrons flow from blue to red.

Pick the source and sink. Click an electron-rich site (a lone pair or bond) first, then click the electron-poor site it should attack. Release electrons to watch the arrow fire.

Watch the consequences. Formal charges, bond orders, and the field all update as electrons arrive. If a step has multiple arrows, stack them before releasing — they fire as one concerted motion.

Wrong answers teach too. If you pick a common misconception, a diagnostic card explains why. Use the hint button after two fails if you need a nudge.
